Our mission

Whale’s mission is to provide end user satisfaction with the software solution created during the project.

The innovative approach to implementation is that we do not sell a “ready boxed product”. Over decades of work in IT, we have learned that there is no “off-the-shelf product” that would satisfy the needs of the customer. When using a “ready-made boxed product”, the customer sacrifices either ease of use, or sacrifices part of the need for automation, or incurs additional infrastructure costs by purchasing additional licenses and servers.

We do not impose technological solutions and functionality.
Each of our projects is UNIQUE! We try to find a middle ground that will satisfy both the technical needs of IT staff – by jointly choosing technologies that are suitable for implementation, and will fully satisfy the customer’s business – by implementing the functions that are needed and in the form that is needed!

Whale IT LLC (Russia, Moscow) is the successor of Wail Information Technologies LLC (Belarus, Minsk).

Our team

All members of our team come from the largest IT companies in the UK, Russia and Belarus.

The development team is represented by the authors of their own IT solutions and platforms for bank treasuries, including those integrated with international industry leaders.

The management team is represented by managers who organized sale, pre-sale, marketing, partnership and contractual processes with large companies on all continents.

The team of analysts has many years of expert experience in automating the processes of securities transactions, brokerage services, trust management, foreign exchange transactions on the international Forex and Money Market markets.

The Chief Designer of the Whale company is a PhD, who graduated from the Moscow State Technical University. N.E. Bauman, as well as the Russian Academy of National Economy and Public Administration under the President of the Russian Federation. Has an MBA degree.

Within the framework of the project, a survey was conducted, GAP analysis was carried out, terms of reference were prepared, which were transferred to development. Within the framework of the project, the processes of buying and selling securities on the Moscow Exchange and REPO transactions are being automated. Upon completion of the project, the customer plans to start active activities in the securities market.

The project of automation of work with exchange rates in a commercial bank (Moscow, RF)

The project was divided into three phases. The project will allow the bank to automate the setting of exchange rates for exchange offices (operations with cash currency), for customers in the Internet bank and setting individual customer rates in the personal account with automatic closing of positions. According to the results of the projects, the bank plans to increase the client base and increase the profitability of these operations by 40 percent or more.

ERP project based on 1C solutions for a logistics company

Within the framework of the project, ERP solutions from 1C are being implemented with simultaneous customization to the requirements of the customer. We conducted a survey and formalization of business requirements, as a result of which, according to the approved terms of reference, the implementation, configuration and customization of the ERP solution from 1C is implemented. The project is in the active phase, the development is carried out according to the SCRUM methodology. As a result of the project, the customer will receive exactly the product – which is necessary, taking into account all the requirements and nuances.

Budgeting project for a manufacturing enterprise

A project to create a module that allows you to automate the entire budgeting process of a company – from creating requests and their approval in the planned budget, to approving the consolidated budget and further monitoring its execution by reconciling it with the accounting system. The system supports the ability to interact with the accounting product from 1C, and also allows manual correction and data entry. The project is in the initial stage – the survey and formalization of business requirements with the creation of technical specifications. The preliminary term of the project is one year. The project is carried out according to the Agile methodology – which will allow the customer, upon completion of the project, to receive a product that fully meets the requirements, despite the possible moments – which the customer could not take into account when forming the initial requirements.
